The TITAN 4-Person Worm is an essential team training tool that is trusted by gyms, competitions, military units, and sports teams worldwide. Designed to build strength, coordination, and teamwork, it pushes athletes to their limits and enhances group performance. All worms are filled with rubber crumb or mulch and not sand. Sand will triple the weight.
